A prayer is to direct the respondents to consider and grant first benefit of the Scheme as modified in Government Resolution dated 02.03.2019. Other consequential prayers are also made. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue is decided by this Court in Writ Petition No. 727 of 2023 by order dated 02.11.2023. 3.

Be that as it may, since the issue can be decided by the respondent nos.2 and 3, we direct the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to treat this petition as representation and the same be decided in the light of the order dated 02.11.2023 passed in Writ Petition No.727 of 2023, within a period of ten weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce the copy of the writ petition along with the order passed today, before the concerned authority within two weeks.
