The appellant due to some mistake referred the State Authorities as respondent nos. 2 and 3, however, they are respondent nos. 4 and 5. The appellant already carried out the correction in the application for condonation of delay, however, the order dated 16/09/2019 needs to be corrected. In view thereof, accordingly, in Clause (3) of the order dated 16/09/2019, the words respondent nos. 2 and 3 be substituted as respondent nos. 4 and 5. 3.

Necessary correction to be carried out and the order to be uploaded.
