The reason why the petition is listed today is because in the order dated 3-1-2020, writ petition number has been incorrectly noted and instead of Writ Petition No. 8175/2019, Writ Petition No. 8157/2019 was typed. Thus, it appears that the Registry has not taken note of the fact that Writ Petition No. 8175/2019 (instant petition) was also taken up for hearing along with Writ Petition No. 8148/2019 and both the petitions were disposed of vide order dated 3-1-2020. Accordingly, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) In the order dated 3-1-2020 passed in Writ Petition No. 8148/2019, in paragraph no. [1], replace Writ Petition No. 8157/2019 by Writ Petition No. 8175/2019. (ii) Necessary corrections be made immediately and corrected copy be uploaded forthwith.
