By the present application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 80 days in filing the revision application.

The contention is that the applicant is a severe diabetic patient and is suffering from various other ailments, for which he was required to be admitted at the hospital for some time and therefore he was not able to contact his counsel. 3.
Inspite of service of notice to non-applicant, nobody appears on his behalf.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 80 days in filing the revision is hereby condoned. Registry to register revision application.

The application stands disposed of.

Revision application challenges the order dated 22.05.2019 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Akola in Summary Criminal Case No.884/2013 as well as order dated 19.06.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Akola in Criminal Appeal No.191/2019.

The contention is that the applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act by the learned Magistrate, Akola. The appeal came to be preferred before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Akola, which also came to be dismissed. 8.
Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable within two weeks.
