Heard.
The learned counsel for the parties have pointed out that after the vehicle involved in the present case was in custody of revenue authority, the petitioner had applied to the Court of Magistrate for its release, which application was rejected and against the same order, Revision was preferred before the Additional Sessions Judge. The Revisional court by its order, rejected the same, granting liberty in favour of the petitioner to take appropriate steps as are available under the law by approaching the revenue authority.
The submissions advanced find support from the documents filed with the petition.
0107cwp1063.18 In that view of the matter, we dispose of the Criminal Writ Petition with liberty in favour of the petitioner to take appropriate steps in view of the liberty granted to the petitioner by the revisional court.
Interim order in force to continue with directions to the petitioner, not to dispose of the vehicle pending hearing of such proceedings.
The petitioner to appear before respondent No. 2 on 08.07.2019.
