The applications are for condonation of delay and bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No.6 Harikishor Kanhaiyyalal Jaiswal, who has passed away on 14.12.2009, on record. Considering that the learned counsel for the respondents have no objection. The applications are allowed.

The legal heirs of respondent No.6 named above be brought on record, during the course of the day. 3.

Mr. Lonare, learned counsel waives service of notice for the added respondents (Legal heirs of respondent No.6).
