Both these matter are between the same parties and in respect of the same transactions. It appears that delay in revision application no.47/2024 is already condoned, but delay in another revision application is yet to be condoned. It is to be noted that both these matter can be heard together to avoid conflict of decisions. 2.

As such, Criminal Application No.389/2023, which is for condonation of delay of 79 days in filing revision application, stands allowed.

The Revision Application bearing stamp no.9524/2023 be registered after removal of all office objections.

The learned Counsel for the respondent in the said revision application waives service for respondent. 5.

List both the revision applications on 08.01.2025.
