Applicant/respondent no.4 has prayed for time to procure vigilance cell report from the Scrutiny Committee at Parbhani and for extension of time to the District Caste Scrutiny Committee at Amravati to decide caste claim of petitioner.

Learned A.G.P. points out that the matter
was finally heard on 07.10.2015 and it was directed by this Court that the petitioner should appear before respondent no.4 - Scrutiny Committee on 18.11.2015 and further directed the Scrutiny Committee to complete the verification in accordance with law within 6 months.

Learned A.G.P. submitted that the vigilance enquiry is pending before the Vigilance Cell at Parbhani District and as soon as the report is received, the District Caste Scrutiny Committee at Amravati will decide the caste claim of petitioner. The learned A.G.P. has thus requested for extension of time.

Learned Counsel for petitioner and others respondents did not dispute the said position. 6.
In view of the fact that the Vigilance Cell report is not received from the District Scrutiny Committee, Parbhai, it is necessary to extend the time as requested. Hence, the following order.
(i) The District Scrutiny Committee at Parbhani is directed to submit the vigilance cell report to the Scrutiny Committee at Amravati, within a period of three months.
(ii) The Scrutiny Committee at Amravati to decide the caste claim of petitioner within a period of further three months.

Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
