After hearing the matter for quite some time, when this court was about to dismiss the application, the learned counsel for the applicant states that he has instructions to withdraw the present application. In view of above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, ad interim order dated 22.11.2017 stands vacated forthwith. The investigating officer shall take steps expeditiously, in accordance with law. Looking to the seriousness of the offence that the applicant, who is a Cashier in the Bank of Maharashtra, instead of discharging his duties diligently, illegally withdrawn the amounts from the accounts of the small account holders, in the event of filling of the application for grant of regular bail by the present applicant, the concerned Court shall keep in mind the seriousness of the offence.
