Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

Perused letter dated 11-09-2020 received from 4th Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Amravati. He has sought for extension of 6 months time for disposal of Special Civil Suit No.130/2018. This Court while deciding Appeal Against Order No.58/2018 has fixed that period.

The reasons mentioned in the request letter, they are genuine. One year time is granted from today to dispose of Special Civil Suit No.130/2018.
