The learned Counsel for the appellant has submitted that the appeal is dismissed against the respondent No.4 by the order dated 27/03/2018 passed by Registrar (Judicial) and therefore the present applications are filed for setting aside the order of Registrar (Judicial) and for condonation of delay of 210 days caused in filing the appeal.

Considering the submission of learned Counsel for the appellant, the delay is condoned. The impugned order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dated 27/3/2018 is quash and set aside and the appeal is restored against the respondent No.4. The appellant to take steps for service of respondent No.4. Both the civil applications are disposed of.
