Heard learned counsel Shri A.N. Ansari for the applicant. He submits that when the present application for bail was presented before this Court, the prosecuting agency did not file the charge-sheet. He further submits that during the pendency of the present application, now the prosecuting agency has filed the charge-sheet before the Court of law. Therefore, he wishes to withdraw the present application and wishes to file an application for bail before the Court below in the change circumstance of filing of the charge-sheet. 2.

The prayer made by learned counsel Shri A.N. Ansari for the applicant is granted.

The present application is allowed to be withdrawn with a liberty to the present applicant to file an .....2/-
