At the outset, prayer is made to direct the respondent no.3 to decide the representation pertaining to the regularization of encroachment of the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, since the representation is still not decided, we hereby direct the respondent no. 3 Tahsildar, Tq. Chikhali, Dist. Buldhana to decide the representation dated 19.05.2023, within 10 weeks from today. 4.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed today, before the concern respondent, within two weeks from today.

The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks, thereafter. 6.
