DATED :- 15.12.2023 Respondent No.4 seeks extension of time to comply with the directions contained in para 5(c) of judgment dated 5.9.2023 in Writ Petition No.7418/2022. Learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioners have not submitted the property documents and measurement sheet and hence the directions contained in para 5(c) of the judgment could not be complied with. Judgment dated 5.9.2023 reveals that similar objections were raised in the petition and in para 4 this Court observed that notice was issued along with requisite documents and further that the measurement sheet is not a document which is required to be submitted along with the purchase notice under Section 127 of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act. The reasons for not complying with the directions do not appear to be

caw3519.2023.odt genuine. However, time is extended by four weeks in order to give an opportunity to the respondents to comply with the said directions.
