ATE : DECEMBER 13 , 2023 We have heard Shri A.M.Deshpande, learned in charge Government Pleader along with Ms.N.P.Mehta, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents. 2) In view of the submissions made by the in charge Government Pleader, we are satisfied that for a single day i.e. on 14/12/2023, there is a likelihood of riotous or law and order situation, as such our ad-interim order passed in favour of the petitioner shall remain suspended from tomorrow 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. However, it shall be open for the Authority under subsection (2) of Section 142 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act to advance the outer time limit i.e. 8.00 p.m. in case of of Morchas culminates prior to the said period.
