Heard.

Learned both the counsel placed joint Pursis on record and submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties out of Court and the parties have agreed that they would place the terms of settlement before the Family Court, Pune in the marriage petition No. A-1240/2018 and would pray before the Court to convert the said petition into petition for divorce under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

As the parties have already arrived at the terms of settlement and the copy of which is also placed on record, the application stands disposed of and interim stay which is operating stands vacated.

The parties to appear before the Family Court, Pune as per the date mutually decided by the parties. The application is disposed of in the above terms.
