The petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by rejection of his prayer for transferring him from the Central Prison, Nagpur to the District Prison, Chandrapur.

Perusal of the impugned order would reveal that the prayer is rejected since the District Prison, Chandrapur is overcrowded.

We see no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, the Criminal Writ Petition is dismissed.
