This application is pending since 2018 i.e. for last seven years and in the meantime, as per the statement of the learned A.P.P., the investigation is completed and the charge-sheet is ready to file. In that view of the matter, considering the nature of the offence and the allegations, we are of the opinion that the State be permitted to file the charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the State is permitted to file the charge-sheet.

Since we have permitted the State to file the charge-sheet and as the applicant wants to raise a challenge to such charge-sheet, we are of the opinion that the purpose would be served if the present application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh raising a challenge to the charge-sheet, if any filed. 4.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of with liberty to file a fresh.
