Heard Shri Rahul Vyavahare, learned counsel for the applicant.
(2) Applicant filed Writ Petition (stamp) No.8704 of 2017. The same was rejected for non removal of office objection by the order dated 27.06.2017 by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
(3) The applicant has filed an application for restoration of the writ petition. Along with application for restoration, affidavit of Ms. Poonam Moon, learned counsel was filed giving explanation that during stipulated period the office objection could not removed. Since there was delay of 21 days in filing the application for restoration of the writ petition, the application for condonation of delay was moved.
903 cao1781.17.odt (4) After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and after having gone through the contents of the application for restoration, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for restoration of the writ petition. Hence, both applications are allowed. The delay of 21 days is condoned.
(5) The Writ Petition (Stamp) No.8704 of 2017 is restored to file.
(6) The applications stand disposed of.
(7) The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove office objection within a period of three weeks.
