The petitioners are members of the non-teaching staff at Ashram School which is recognized by the respondent no. 2. They are seeking benefits of the Assured Career Progression Scheme in the light of the Government Resolution dated 30.04.1998 for seeking such benefits. They had made a representation to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 on 13.11.2019. Since no decision thereon has been taken, the petitioners have approached this Court. In the light of what has been stated hereinabove, the interests of justice would be served by directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 13.11.2019 that has been moved by the petitioners. Such decision be taken within a period of four weeks from the receipt of the copy of this order. Decision taken be communicated to the petitioners.
