The stand of the Management is that full salary is paid to the petitioner and receipts are produced on record. The contention of the petitioner is that the receipts are forged. In view of this, there are several disputed questions of facts involved in the petition and, therefore, we grant liberty to petitioner to file a civil suit, if permissible in law.

The petition is disposed of with liberty.
