Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation before the Reference Court.

In this view of the matter, the execution of the judgment and award dated 12/01/2017 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mangrulpir, Washim in Land Acquisition Case No.140/2013 is stayed till disposal of this appeal.

Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
