All the counsels are ad-idem that considering the facts of present matter, it is squarely covered by what has been held in Gunwanti w/o Sheshrao Wankhede vs.The Divisional Commissioner, Amravati Division, Amravati and others [ W.P. 2861 of 2021 decided on 10/11/2022 ], considering which since in the instant case also the petitioner has filed a self certificate and nothing else, there is no KOLHE
