DATED : 24/09/2024 The learned Counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file revision before the Joint Charity Commissioner, Amravati. He further makes a request to direct the Joint Charity Commissioner, to decide the revision in time bound period.

In view of above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
