The applicant seeks condonation of delay of 40 days in filing the revision application.

The reasons mentioned in the application is that though respondent served with the notice. Nobody appears on behalf of the respondent. The delay mentioned in the application that the applicant is the old aged person and there is delay on the part of counsel in preferring the revision. Since the delay does not appears to be intentional one and no prejudice cause to the non-applicant, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned in preferring the application. Accordingly, the application is disposed of. The revision application be registered. C RIMINAL REVISION APPLICATION NO. /2024 :
