This petition takes exception to the orders passed by the Tahsildar and Sub-Divisional Officer in terms of Section 48(7) and (8) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

Considering the fact that remedy of appeal is available to the petitioner against the orders impugned, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition.

It would be open to the petitioner to file appeal against the orders impugned. If such appeal is filed within a period of three weeks from today, it shall be treated as filed within a period of limitation. The petition is disposed of.
