Post released of the petitioner under the Prisons (Bombay Furlough and Parole) Rules, 1959 a prayer is made for extension of leave on the medical ground which is objected. 3.

It is the case of the petitioner that he is suffering from Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS) and as such he is unable to perform duty on his own and he is also required to undertake treatment. 4.

Perusal of the report particularly communication dated 13.12.2024 speaks of the objection of the Jail Authority. 5.

Necessary medical treatment can be provided to the petitioner in the Jail. The petitioner to surrender in Jail by tomorrow.

In that view of the matter, the criminal writ petition stands disposed of.
