Heard Shri R.M. Daga, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri S.D. Sirpurkar, learned APP for the respondent - State.

The detailed reasons are given by this Court while granting ad interim bail on 01.11.2018. It appears that when dispute is pending between the parties, injunction order was also issued by the Civil Court. After the injunction order, the report was lodged in respect of theft of agricultural yield. This Court has observed that there is a provision under Order 39 of the Code of Civil Procedure to take appropriate action for breach of injunction order.

Ad interim bail granted by this Court is hereby confirmed.
