The appellant/Insurance Company seeking permission to deposit the entire amount of compensation along with interest amounting to Rs.40,28,149/- as per the order dated 13.12.2023 passed by this Court, since the stipulated time of eight weeks as per the aforesaid order has lapsed.

The learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company submits that the cheque of aforesaid compensation is ready and she is going to deposit the same with this Court, today itself.

As such, the application stands allowed and the appellant/Insurance Company is permitted to deposit the aforesaid amount of compensation with this Court. 5.

On depositing the said amount of nd.thawre

compensation, the interim relief granted under order dated 13.12.2023 will be continued during the pendency of this appeal.

The application is accordingly disposed of.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) No.3716/2023 7.

Heard rival submissions.

The application is filed by the appellant/ Insurance Company I.e. the original respondent No.2 for condonation of delay of 209 days in challenging the award dated 03.12.2022 passed in MACP No.940 of 2017. 9.

Though the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1to 4/original claimants opposed the application, but the appellant/Insurance company is going to deposit the entire compensation amount with this Court, today itself. 10.

As such, the application stands allowed, in view of the reasons stated in the application and the delay of 209 days in filing this appeal stands condoned.

The appeal be registered after removal of all the objections.

12.

The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 waives service on registration of appeal. 13.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
