DATE : 10-02-2025 This is an application filed by the petitioners to permit them to amend the petition to which the learned Counsel for respondent Nos.5 and 6 formally objected.

Considering the reasons stated in the application and the fact that during the pendency of the petition, they received some communications issued by the respondent authorities regarding their appointment. So also, by the Resolution dated 04-12-2024, the petitioners' services have been regularised and have completed ten years of service. Therefore, they want to bring the said facts on record. Hence, we allow the application as prayed. The petitioners are directed to carry out the amendment within a week and supply a copy of the amended petition to the other side within a week thereafter.
