DATE : 13-10-2025 This Court, vide order dated 24-04-2025, had proposed to appoint Mrs. Vasanti A. Naik, a Retired Former Judge of the High Court as an Arbitrator and had called for a consent and disclosure statement. In response, an email dated 19-06-2025 was received by the registry, wherein the proposed Arbitrator has conveyed inability to act as an Arbitrator. 2.

In view of the said position, the learned Counsel appearing for the parties, propose the name of Shri Justice S.B. Shukre (Former Judge of the Bombay High Court) to act as an Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties. The registry is directed to obtain the consent and disclosure statement as per Sections 11(8) and 12(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, within a period of four weeks. 3.
