Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Perused the earlier order dated 2.7.2018 passed by this Court, directions were given for withdrawal of the amount to respondent nos.1, 4 and 5 on furnishing usual undertaking filed in this Court. The respondent Nos.2 and 3 are minor. The appellant has already deposited the amount in this Court, therefore no modification is required in the said order.

The respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 5 provide their account numbers separately for transferring the amount. The civil application is allowed.
