Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner. 02.

According to him, though there is a need for a crematorium and burial ground and the said issue has been raised before the respondentauthorities, the same is not answered. 03.

Considering the fact that this issue is not decided by the respondent-authorities, we direct that the present petition be treated as a representation and the same shall be decided within ten weeks from today by the respondent-authorities.

The petitioner is directed to furnish the copy of petition along with the order passed by this Court before the authorities within a period of two weeks from today.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs.
