Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited my attention to page 48 of this petition (Annexure VI) and pointed out that appeal was filed on 17.10.2025. 3.

Learned AGP has fairly stated that in peculiar facts and circumstances District Election Officer, Nagpur can be directed to decide the appeal by 30.10.2025. 4.

Accordingly District Election Officer, Nagpur is directed to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner by 30.10.2025.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach again if the cause of action arises. 7.
