On going through the material available on record, it appears that there is incriminating material available against the applicant. The discretionary relief of bail in the facts and circumstances cannot be granted to the applicant. It also appears that ground of parity is not available to this applicant at least as of now. Therefore this application stands rejected.

However, liberty is granted to the applicant to file a fresh application before the trial Court at appropriate time and if it is done by the applicant, application shall be decided by the trial Court on its own
