Shri Trupti Udeshi, APP for the non-applicant. CORAM : M.G. GIRATKAR, J DATE : 10.12.2018.
Heard Shri Amit Kukday, learned counsel for the applicant.
Perused the charge-sheet. This Court has granted bail to the co-accused namely Shankar Sanjay Pande. The learned APP has strongly objected the application on the ground that the applicant was absconding. The incident took place in the year 2016. The co-accused Shankar Sanjay Pande was arrested in the year 2017 and he was granted bail by this Court on 19.6.2017. From the perusal of the charge-sheet, it appears that the case is based on circumstantial evidence only. There is no strong material/circumstances against the applicant.
Hence, the following order:
2 12ba1025.18
ORDER
I] The application is allowed.
II] The applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. bond of Rs. 50,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
III] He shall attend the trial Court on every date. He shall not tamper with the evidence of prosecution witnesses.
