The petitioner has applied for grant of extension of parole on the ground that he is required to visit his ailing mother and for her operation. The certificate, on which the petitioner is relied, is dated 7.9.2016.
In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the petition.
In event the petitioner produces the fresh certificate showing that his mother is required to operate, he can apply for fresh, his application would be considered in accordance with the law. Fees of the learned counsel appointed on behalf of the petitioner are quantified at Rs.1500/-. JUDGE JUDGE Gulande
