Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the communication dated 18/09/2025, by which, the committee has been constituted to enquire into the alleged illegalities committed by the respondent/authorities while granting permission to shift CL-III license.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent No.4 to act in accordance with communication dated 18/09/2025 and take the matter at logical end within six weeks from today. 4.
