This is an application for condonation of delay of 1553 days in filing the accompanying appeal. The applicant/appellant is the original claimant seeking enhancement of compensation. It is informed that the appeal arising out of the same acquisition along with cross-objection is already pending before this Court. 2.

Considering the said aspect and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the delay is condoned subject to the applicant not being entitled to interest on enhanced amount of compensation, if granted for the aforesaid period of delay.
