20.07.2024 On previous date, following order was passed. "Respondent No.1, vide order dated 03.07.2023, was directed to decide the revision within a period of four months. Four months expired on 03.11.2023. Learned A.G.P. submits that the respondent No.1 has heard the matter on 26.07.2024 and closed the same for orders. 2.

To my mind, it has been a high time, the respondent No.1 has not acted in terms of the order dated 03.07.2023. Learned A.G.P. shall take instructions as to the date by which, the revision will be decided by the respondent No.1.

In any case, if the respondent No.1 fails to decide the revision by 31.07.2024, interim relief granted by respondent No.1 shall stand vacated.

Stand over to 20.07.2024."

Learned A.G.P. submits that the respondent No.1 had already decided the matter on 01.07.2024.

In that view of the matter, the Contempt Petition will be not maintainable. The contempt petition is disposed of accordingly.
