Mr. J.B. Kasat, Advocate for appellant Mr. D.S.Agnihotri, Advocate for applicant/respondent no.1 Mr. S.B.Bissa, Assistant Government Pleader for respondent nos. 2 and 3 CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK & MRS. SWAPNA JOSHI, JJ.

DATED : 9th March, 2018.

The applicant could avail the remedy of filing an execution proceedings which would be the appropriate remedy. Every claimant whose compensation is not paid, need not come to this Court to seek a direction against the acquiring body or the State Government in a disposed of matter, to direct them to pay compensation to the claimant. In the execution proceeding also, the interest for paying the compensation belatedly is always liable to be paid to the claimant.

In this view of the matter, we dispose of the Application.
