This is an application filed by respondent nos.1 to 3 for grant of permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be partly allowed. The application is allowed.

Registry is directed to pay 50% amount, out of the amount deposited in this court, on usual undertaking and 25% amount on furnishing solvent surety/security to the applicantsrespondent nos.1 to 3, along with interest accrued thereon. 6.

The application is allowed.
