As per office objection the surname of respondent No.1 is not correctly recorded. It is pointed out that the surname is recorded as 'Palaskar' and it should be 'Kalaskar'. Permission is accordingly granted to the appellant to carry out necessary amendment forthwith. Heard learned counsel for applicant and respondents.

This is an application seeking condonation of delay.

For the reasons stated in para 3 and 4 of the application, as sufficient cause is made out, the delay in preferring the appeal is condoned.

The application is allowed with no order as to costs.
