O R D E R

(Passed on 11.02.2023) The appellant/Insurance Company is present through his counsel Shri H.N.Verma. Respondent No.1 is present with his counsel. The respondent No.2 is formal party being owner of the vehicle.

The respondent No.1 has amicably settled the dispute in terms of Compromise Pursis.

Out of Rs. 13,36,419/- the amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- shall be given to appellant without any interest and the remaining amount shall be withdrawn by the respondent No.1 together with accrued interest, on total amount from the date of deposit, till its withdrawal.

The Compromise is accepted.

The appeal is hereby disposed of as withdrawn. The liberty is given to the parties to withdraw the amount as per the settlement. The requisite Court fees be refunded as per Rules.
