Initially this appeal was filed for enhancement of compensation amount. Since the appellant has not removed the ffice objection, the registration is refused by this Court vide order dated 06.06.2017. Such office objections were not removed then the matter is came to an end.

In the wake of such position, the appellant has filed this Civil Application for refund of court fee. Learned Counsel Shri S.P. Kshirsagar for appellant, upon instruction of appellant no. 1, who is present, stated that appellant do not want to file restoration petition. Since the registration is refused, Registrar (Judicial) to refund the court fee as per Rules, if any.
