Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

Since the Government has lifted the ban on recruitment coupled with fact that ban on the recruitment would not apply on minority institution, we are of the opinion that the petitions can be remanded to the respondent no.2 - Deputy Director of Education by quashing the impugned rejection order dated 20.10.2023. Accordingly, the impugned orders dated 20.10.2023 are quashed and set aside and matters are remanded back to respondent no.2 - Deputy Director of Education to reconsider the proposal of approval and pass appropriate order in view of the decision taken by the Sate Government and in view of the fact that ban is not applicable to the minority institution. The order on proposal be passed within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
