DATED : 04.11.2025 The Criminal Application (APL) No. 1588/2025, was decided on 17.10.2025 and the operative part of which reads as under :
"1) The application is allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs.20,000/- each by the applicants to be paid to the High Court Gazetted Officers Society, Nagpur, while Rs.20,000/- to be paid by the non-applicant No.2 to the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers Association, High Court, Nagpur, within a period of two weeks and compliance of payments of costs be reported to this Court." 2.
However, the learned Counsel for the applicant states that instead of the High Court Gazetted Officers
(2) 913 appp 2239-2025 Society it should be the High Court Gazetted Officers Association. Accordingly, the corrections be carried out in the order dated 17.10.2025, and instead of "the High Court Gazetted Officers Society", the same should be read as "the High Court Gazetted Officers Association".

Furthermore, in paragraph No.5 of the said order the sentence starting from "In view of that" and ending with the word "to be allowed." the words "with costs" should be inserted and the corrected order should be uploaded accordingly.
