The present applicant is for seeking permission to compound the offence.

The appellant has challenged the judgment and order of sentence against the conviction and sentenced in Session Trial No. 409/2014, wherein the present appellant was convicted for the offence punishable under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer R.I. for three years and to pay fine of Rs. 1000/-. As the offence under which the conviction and sentenced is imposed is noncompoundable one. Such permission cannot be granted. The appellant has to argue the matter on merits. 4.
