Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is serving as a Lecturer at the college that is being run by the respondent No.1-Society. It was her grievance that she had not received salary for the months of March and April 2015 and thereafter from March 2016 onwards. The petitioner therefore approached the Grievances Redressal Committee at Gondwana University on 16/04/2019. The Grievances Committee observed that the petitioner would be entitled for the salary for the period for which she had made the request for. This order of the Grievances Committee was challenged by the respondent No.1 in Writ Petition

19-WP-8309-19 2/2 No.3944/2019 and that writ petition was dismissed on 25/11/2019. The respondent No.1 then approached the Honourable Supreme Court and by the order dated 11/03/2022 while dismissing the Special Leave Petition it was observed that the respondent No.1 would determine the amount of dues of the petitioner and pay her the same by giving necessary details. 2.

Shri S. M. Vaishnav, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 on instructions submits that within a period of four weeks from today the directions issued in Special Leave Petition No.8138/2020 would be complied with and the dues of the petitioner would be accordingly paid. The statement made on behalf of respondent No.1 is accepted and the writ petition is disposed of by recording the same.

Rule is made absolute in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
