CORAM : A.S. CHANDURKAR AND AMIT B. BORKAR, JJ.
DATE : MARCH 11 , 2020 .
Ms P.D. Rane, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Writ Petition No.112 of 2020 has been filed by the present petitioner based on subsequent cause of action. The prayer to decide the petitioner's caste claim has also been made in that writ petition.
Hence, there is no reason to keep the present writ petition pending. It is accordingly disposed of. Needless to state that the petitioner can pursue the prayer with regard to expeditious adjudication of his caste claim in the subsequent petition. No costs.
